“From November 2011 the Town Council meetings will be held on the 1st Thursday of each month with the Finance and General Purpose meetings being held on the 3rd Thursday of the month”

Could you please tell me why the next meeting, which you have sent me the agenda and minutes for, is on Wednesday 6th June ?
Please also tell me where and when this was arranged and which councillors were at the meeting.
