Communications to the Chairman are an agenda item at MTC meetings and it is a matter of concern as to why, after presumably reading the communications aloud for all present at the meeting to hear, there is no response. 

 

I understand that at the meeting of MTC on Thursday 5th July, the name of a member of the public was mentioned and issues discussed regarding that person. It is rather disconcerting that the Chairman discusses a member of the public openly at an MTC meeting without contacting that person first.

 

I suggest that this is a breach of the Code of Conduct and ask that Cllr Carratt addresses this matter without delay.
