May I bring to your attention that on the Agenda for the meeting of MTC on 7th March 2013 (displayed on MTC website) that the date of the next meeting is incorrect. I am sure that this is only a typing error.
Would you also please tell me if the following minutes will be available for the public to peruse before confirmation by the council, prior to the meeting and where and when :

Will the documents pertaining to items 9, 12, 13, 14, and 19 on the Agenda be available for perusal by the public prior to the meeting and if so where and when.
