A FULLY INDEPENDENT OPEN & TRANSPARENT INQUIRY OPEN TO PUBLIC INSPECTION AND TERMS OF REFERENCE TO THIS INQUIRY SET BY A TOTALLY INDEPENDENT PERSON NOT EMPLOYED BY OR HAVING ANY LINKS WITH RMBC OR SYP INTO THE CHILD GROOMING COVER UP SCANDAL BY ROTHERHAM BOROUGH COUNCIL AND SOUTH YORKSHIRE POLICE INCLUDING PAST AND PRESENT OFFICERS AND MEMBERS INVOLVED
The above petition has over the weekend received around 400 signatures from Rotherham people and will today be given to Rotherham Borough Council leaders.
The petition has been submitted at http://epetitions.direct.gov.uk/ and when accepted (which I understand takes a number of hours) will be available to take online signatures.

Apparently the checking of the petition takes up to 7 days, not hours.
In the meantime, the signatures that have been collected over the weekend have now been given to RMBC
I hope you will have some success with this petition. I actually believe the government should intervene and both Rotherham Council and the local police force should be investigated, and its leading officials suspended while that takes place. It is appalling what they allowed to happen/covered up on their watch. It should be a national scandal. The fact that Joyce Thacker is still in position beggars belief. She should be behind bars.
