It is with concern that I note that the Maltby Town Council website continues to display the message
* Please note this website is currently experiencing technical difficulties and cannot currently be updated *
There does not appear to be any indication of what these “technical difficulties” are nor when they started or when they are likely to be rectified.
The last Agenda posted is 7th November 2013
The last Minutes posted is 1st August 2013
An Agenda for an Extra Ordinary Meeting on 14th November is posted but without minutes
I am sure you will agree that this is not an acceptable situation and means that MTC are not fulfilling their responsibilities as quoted in the three main categories.
Please provide me with all Agendas and Minutes for meetings of Maltby Town Council and Working Parties/ Other Committees from 1st August 2013 to the present day.
Please provide this in electronic format and within an appropriate time scale.
Please acknowledge this email and indicate the time scale in which I can expect the information.

Ho Ho Ho Brenda Seems all Town/Parish Councils are the same. Mind you are luckier than Wales people they Don’t even have a web site.!!!! They operate in the 19th century!!
No website is just as good as a non-updated one ! 🙂
