I, Martin Kimber, being the Returning Officer at the above election, do hereby give notice that the number of votes recorded for each candidate is as follows:

I do hereby declare that the said TURNER Richard Arthur John is duly elected Councillor for the Hellaby Ward.

    I’m very disappointed with the result, but had an inkling on the doorstep that it was slipping from us as early as April.
    The gain was from us (Tories) Lynda D was the last councillor elected.
    Despite the resounding defeat, we’ll carry on fighting in Hellaby next year!
