  1. A regular reader says:

It wasn’t a “Rotherham” LGA figure. It was Dennis Skinner, the LGA’s lead for sector led improvement – and employee of the LGA. Haven’t you read the piece that you linked to?
( if you can’t get past the paywall, try the google cached version: http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:jyDQP4lyKiYJ:www.lgcplus.com/news/childrens-services/lga-voices-doubts-as-pickles-goes-further-than-casey-recommends/5082029.article+&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=uk , it may still be available – it certainly was 5 minutes before.

    • Thankyou RR for answering the question posed in the title of the post. Obviously I hadn’t read it or I wouldn’t have needed to ask the question. My most humble apologies for the rogue word “Rotherham” slipping in there. I could blame the predictive text function as I’ve used the word so many times recently. But I wouldn’t be so petty.

    • I replied to this yesterday but seems it’s not appeared so here it is again.
Thanks RR for your answer to my question in the post title. I obviously had not read the whole article or there would have been no reason for my question in the 1st place. I humbly apologise for the rogue word “Rotherham” appearing in the title. I could blame it on the predictive text function – but I wouldn’t be so petty 😉
